Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.00 flat rate per order (estimated delivery: 7-15 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping: on all orders over $39.00

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal service efficiency.

International Shipping

We ship directly from our origin in Zhejiang, China, to keep every piece in perfect condition from start to finish.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s official site. You may also visit our Orders Tracking page to check your order status at any time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address at no extra cost.
