Overview

We want you to love your press-on nails. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 15 days have passed, we can no longer offer a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Hygiene seal intact: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of press-on nails that have been opened, worn, or had their adhesive backing or glue seal broken. This applies to both the nail pieces and the included glue.
  • Any DIY tool kit components (glue, nail file, cleansing pads, cuticle pusher) must also be unused and sealed, if applicable.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied a refund and returned to you at your expense.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining the tracking number for your records.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization, as it may delay or void your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
  • The refund amount will be the item price paid. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order contains multiple items and you return part or all of them, the original order may have qualified for the free shipping threshold of $39. If the value of the remaining items after return falls below the $39 free shipping requirement, a flat shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • For Buy One Get One Free orders, if you return a single item from the promotion, the refund will be calculated based on the effective price paid (50% of the listed price, reflecting the free item). If all items from the promotion are returned, the full paid amount will be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Exceptions: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement without requiring a return in some cases. Please contact us immediately with photo evidence.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will promptly:

  • Send a free replacement at no extra shipping cost, or
  • Issue a full refund including any shipping paid.
    We may ask you to dispose of the damaged item rather than return it, to save you inconvenience.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the standard return procedure.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different style, size, or design, please return the original item (subject to the eligibility conditions above) and place a new order.
